In-Store Pickup FAQ

When you place an order online, you’ll select a pick-up location and time. Arrive at the store at your chosen time. Please go into the store and look for the designated in-store pickup area or ask to speak to the manager on duty.
Yes, In-Store Pickup is currently available at all locations.
If one or more of your items aren’t available, we will let you know via text message. We want to make it right. So, we’ll give you the option to approve or decline one of our hand-picked substitutions for you.
We will pre-authorize your card for the initial order amount plus 15% to allow for approved substitutions if the product you originally requested is not available. Don’t worry, your card won’t be charged until you authorize the total at pick up.
If you missed the text, you can still accept or decline any substitutions at the time of pick up.
Please have your order number and your valid ID for age verification ready at pick up. Order status alerts will be sent to the pick-up phone number provided at purchase, or to the customer billing phone number.
If the items are perishable, they will be kept cold until pickup.
Orders are available to pick up from 11AM – 8:30PM on the day and time you selected. Orders not picked up within 48 hours of the pickup date will be returned to inventory, and your order will be cancelled. Don’t worry – your card will not be charged.
Our system is not able to accept gift cards. You can, however, enter your Key Club ID phone number at checkout to receive your Key Club points.
Our cash discount is not available on our website. However, we are constantly making sure we offer you the lowest prices possible.

You can cancel at any time, unless your order has been processed. If you need to change your order, you can call the store to change or remove an item.

At this time, we do not have the ability to add items to your order after it has been submitted. Please either place a second curbside order or call the store to place a new order and pay inside upon arrival.

If you don’t see a specific item at your selected store, that store does not have it in inventory. You are more than welcome to call your local store for in-stock recommendations.
