Shipping FAQ

All orders will be confirmed via email or phone and processed within 2 business days. Once confirmed, orders will be shipped as per your instructions.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. By placing an order, you have represented to Feldmans that you are at least 21.
All shipped alcoholic beverages must be received by an adult of legal drinking age - 21 years of age. If rescheduled – so that a person of legal drinking age may accept shipment – additional shipping charges will apply.
Due to Texas state shipping laws, beer and liquor cannot be shipped outside of or within the state of Texas to consumers.
Feldmans can ship wine to the following states: Alaska, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, Puerto Rico, Texas (only in counties where a Feldmans location exists), Washington DC, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
Non-alcoholic products can be shipped to all states.

Feldmans offers three shipping options:

  • Ground Service – approximately 2 to 5 business days in transit after the order is processed
  • 2nd Day Air – 2 business days in transit after the order is processed
  • Next Day Air – 1 business day in transit after the order is processed
We are very sensitive to the damage heat can cause wine. From May to October, we suggest shipping Next Day Air. Feldmans will always ship your product in pristine condition, but we will not be responsible for heat damage during transit.
Shipping charges are based on distance and weight, and may be subject to change. The average weight of a case of wine, packed for shipping, is approximately 50 pounds. Actual shipping costs will be confirmed with you when your order is being processed.
If one or more of your items aren’t available, we will let you know via text message. We’ll give you the option to approve or decline one of our hand-picked substitutions for you.
The order is pending the arrival of an item that was temporarily unavailable. The order will be expected to ship within 5 to 7 business days.
You can cancel at any time, unless your order has been shipped. At this time, we do not have the ability to add items to your order after it has been submitted. The order will be expected to ship within 5 to 7 business days.
