Rewards FAQ

Feldmans Rewards is your FREE pass to everything Feldmans ! Sign up and get exclusive access to special events, limited release items, in-store savings, and so much more!

If you are at least 21 years old, you can join. If you’re not old enough to shop in store, you can’t join the club.

You can join Feldmans Rewards online, just provide your name, birthday, address, email, phone number, and accept the terms and conditions to get started. You’ll start earning points, but will need to complete your profile to unlock your full membership benefits.

Use your rewards number, phone number or email address to look up your existing Rewards ID. Once you have linked any of the three items to your online Feldmans account, you can update your profile with your current information. Please allow 24 hours for your updated phone number to be synced with the in-store system.

First, try our account lookup. You can use your phone number, email address or Rewards ID. If you are still unable to find your account, contact Feldmans Rewards support below.

Update your profile here. If you experience any issues, contact us in the form at the bottom of the page. You’ll need to include your first and last name, along with the email address(es) associated with your account(s). Please let us know what you would like your primary email address to be for your consolidated Rewards and Feldmans account. If we have any questions, we’ll reach out to you.

Contact Rewards Support using the form on the support page. You’ll need to include your first and last name along with at least one of the following associated with each account:

• Rewards ID
• Phone number
• Email address

Let us know what you would like your primary phone number and email address to be for your consolidated Rewards ID.

Points are used to determine your membership level. You earn different benefits at each level, such as invitations to exclusive events and birthday gifts. More benefits will be added soon!

Points are only earned for purchases made in store or online at myfeldmans.com.

In Stores

Simply give the cashier your 11-digit rewards number or phone number linked to your Rewards account. You can also use your scannable barcode from the Dashboard page. If you have a physical card, you may continue using it.

Online

Sign into your account, add items to your cart and make a purchase. You can also use the phone number linked with your account during the checkout process.

It’s that easy. If you haven’t registered an existing account you can do so here.

You can also earn bonus points for completing your profile, or by referring a friend to join.

Please note that special or limited release products may not be eligible for points. Please email rewards@myfeldmans.com for details.

Only purchases made directly at a Feldmans store or at myfeldmans.com are eligible to receive Rewards points.

Once you have completed your membership profile or linked your in-store created account, you can go to your dashboard to view your points. Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours for points on purchases to appear.

Log in to your account to make changes to your personal information or interests.

We no longer issue physical cards. We suggest registering your existing card number online. You can always use your linked phone number or rewards number to continue to get points for your purchases in stores or online.

Our goal, at Feldmans, is to provide you with quality products and events that you are interested in. Knowing what you like allows us to make sure you’re receiving only information you care about. This information is never distributed or sold.

If you mistakenly entered the wrong birth date, please Contact Rewards Support with the correct date, your name, phone number and email associated with your account.

While signing up, you’ll have the opportunity to enter a referral code. If you signed up via text, you still have the opportunity to enter the referral code when completing your profile online. You cannot use or apply a referral code after joining Feldmans Rewards.

Feldmans Rewards is for personal use only and points may only be earned when shopping in store (checking out at the register) or online at myfeldmans.com. Business and wholesale purchases do not earn points.
