Blended with small amounts of Petit Verdot Petite Sirah and Cinsault it offers a silky texture with medium tannins and balanced acidity. Aromas of violet slate caramel and ripe black cherry lead to vibrant flavors of pomegranate red plum and dark cherry finishing with a smooth touch of sour cherry. Aged primarily in neutral American oak barrels this elegant Malbec can be enjoyed now or cellared for 510 years to further develop its complexity.
