Darioush Caravan Cabernet Sauvignon shares the pedigree of Darioush Signature wines but displays more ripe saturated fruit with an elegantly textured finish. Caravan is anchored by Cabernet Sauvignon with lesser amounts of Merlot Cabernet Franc and/or Malbec added for depth and complexity of flavor. Round supple and sleek - all are classic traits of Caravan Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine opens with decadent top notes of chocolate coated red cherries fig and black currants lent by a significant blend of Merlot. The palate showcases ripe raspberry blackberry and plum with firm tannins and hints of spice including cinnamon vanilla and cherry liqueu
