Matured in cask it develops a rich tawny color and layers of complexity with aromas of dried apricot plum and toasted nuts. The palate is smooth and mellow showcasing notes of dried fruit butterscotch and spice balanced by a long elegant finish. Ready to enjoy upon bottling it is an excellent companion to nuts desserts and aged cheeses.
