Pinot Noir

Few regions in the world offer the ideal balance of warm days and cool nights needed to produce exceptional Pinot Noir and the Russian River Valley is one of them. We partner with experienced growers who understand the varietal harvesting the fruit when flavors are fully developed while maintaining freshness and elegance. Grapes are picked at night or early morning and gently handled at the winery with minimal intervention. After a three-day cold soak fermentation begins before the wine is aged in French oak barrels about 30% new where it develops complexity and texture on the fine lees through late spring.
