In operation since the 19th century Federico Paternina is a massive winery with among the largest cellars in all of Europe; such a resource allows them to produce some incredible aged wines. Their Crianza utilizes Garnacha blended into the Tempranillo to soften texture with tones of red-to-black fruit and hints of vanilla and clove.
