The first offering from the resurrected company this comes in at 94 proof with a blend of 8/6/5 year old bourbons which makes this a 5 year old bourbon. On the nose is oak vanilla and a strong mint aroma. A little spicy pepper but not overwhelming. It also has the sweet warmth of chocolate chip cookies. YUM
