The Small Batch Bourbon is a younger and lighter flavor profile version of our Legacy Reserve Bourbon aged at a minimum of 12 months in our on site Rickhouse in the Texas heat. Light caramel in color with a very subtle sweet wheat nose kettle corn and soft oak palate and a short but sweet finish. Perfect for anyone stepping into the world of Texas Bourbon at 80 proof or for an every day drinker.
